
hi, i'm nadia!
i have always been sporty, having been a gymnast for most of my childhood and a sports coach to children for nearly a decade. it's fair to say, i love to throw myself around!
having had three children, i experienced abdominal separation - or diastasis - after each pregnancy and i found it really hard to find a suitable postnatal fitness group that i knew would be "diastasis safe" and still involved doing proper cardio and strength training.
to be honest, i think that a part of me was scared to jump or jog or use my core muscle too much with such a lack of information available on diastasis, and i didn't want to try any sort of exertive exercise in case it made it worse.
feeling disconnected with a fitness industry that i had been so passionate about, i decided to take it upon myself to specialise in diastasis and pre- and post-natal fitness in general to help educate, energise and train women like you. redirecting what fitness looks like as a new or expectant mum, and guiding you back to a 'normal' that you can be empowered by.
